Mobile Information:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you use our Transportation Services, you may provide personal information, such as your name, contact details, and payment information. This data is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and provide you with quality transportation services.

Customer Support Data:
Communicate with us through web forms and chat functionalities for support. We process your information temporarily to respond to your requests and provide the required service.

Occasionally, we conduct surveys to improve our services. Participation is optional, and we only use the information to enhance our offerings.

Email/Direct Mail Campaign Data:

Cancellation Policy:

1. General Cancellation Policy

 We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. However, cancellations may result in financial losses for our business. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

2. Cancellation Timeframe (Note: This cancellation time frame does not apply to Sporting Events OR Road shows)

a. Airport Transfers and Point-to-Point Services:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.

b. Hourly Services (including weddings, proms, and special events):
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.

3. No-Show Policy

a. If a passenger fails to be at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show.  

b. For airport transfers and point-to-point services, if a passenger is marked as a no-show, the entire reservation cost will be charged. 

c. For hourly services, if a passenger is marked as a no-show, the full reservation cost will be charged.

4. Changes and Modifications

a. Changes to the reservation, such as the pick-up time, date, or location, are subject to vehicle availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and point-to-point services, and 72 hours in advance for hourly services. 

b. Any modifications made within these timeframes will be accommodated to the best of our abilities, but we cannot guarantee availability.

5. Communication and Cancellation Notifications

a. To cancel or modify a reservation, customers are required to contact our customer service team by phone at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and point-to-point services, and 72 hours in advance for hourly services.

b. Any cancellations or modifications made via email or any other communication method must be confirmed by our customer service team to be considered valid.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen incidents, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice, and no cancellation fees will be charged.

Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy at the time of booking or contacting our customer service team for the most up-to-date information.

 

Sporting Events & Road Show Cancellation Policy

Due to the high-demand nature of sporting events, concerts, festivals, conventions, and road show transportation services, the following cancellation terms apply to all reservations:

Sporting Events / Special Events

  • All reservations for sporting events, concerts, festivals, parades, and other special events require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and a minimum of 10 hours on any of our vehicles.
  • Cancellations made:
    • Within 7 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable and charged in full.
  • No-shows are charged the full amount.
  • Changes to itinerary, pickup times, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Road Show Services

  • Road show reservations are custom-scheduled and require advance planning and vehicle allocation.
  • Cancellations made:
    • More than 7 days prior to service will receive a full refund minus any incurred expenses.
    • Within 7 days of the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Within 72 hours of service are non-refundable and billed in full.
  • Multi-day road shows may require a separate signed agreement and deposit.
  • Additional waiting time, itinerary changes, parking, tolls, and overtime are billed accordingly.

General Terms

  • Severe weather, traffic delays, venue changes, or event cancellations by third parties do not qualify for refunds once the cancellation window has passed.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • By confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these cancellation terms.
